We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) fun loving, energetic, responsible and reliable person to work in the Front Desk Position at one of the two offices we have.

Our client services team is the face of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service.
The Front Desk / Office Assistant is usually the first point of contact and is responsible for presenting CTN in a professional and caring manner.
It is also the Front Desk person that is typically responsible for collecting any initial paperwork, explaining policies, procedures and collecting any fees for services at time of service.
Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, our team members promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.
Our mission is our passion.These Part-Time Front Desk Positions are for One (1) AM Front Desk position and One (1) PM Front Desk Positions in the Newbury Park location.
